Finishing this quest has a secondary reward. Upon completing it will start a Power Hour for the server. King Mak Mak is often camped due to the fact that he drops wwt so you may be stuck on part 2 for a while but just keep checking. Part 3 may also take a while depending on your luck, to give a frame of reference it took over 600 kills to complete on 2 of my characters. Part 3 is also bugged as you have to gather 6 Decayed Caps instead of 5.

- Part 1: Travel to Mushroom Land and speak with the Ancient Wizard. He will tell you to explore the area he discovered and bring back a Fungoid Stem as proof of a new type of life form. Enter the portal and kill Fungoids until you get a quest update, only the normal Fungoids. Return to the Ancient Wizard for your reward. Receive 400k Experience.
- Part 2: Next he ask you to kill a creature that he discovered while exploring named King Mack Mack. This terrible frog is located far South inside the portal, protected by a creature called Mack Mack's Guardian, a large fungoid with nearly 10k hp. Once the king is dead return to the Ancient Wizard for your reward. Receive 850k Experience.
- Part 3: If you attempt to talk to the Ancient Wizard he will tell you to come back later. What you need to do next is seek out the Mushroom Farmer. Head back into Mushroom Land and travel to the far South Western corner. There you will find a portal near the water, go inside and there will be another portal in which you must wait 30 seconds prior to entering. There you will meet the Mushroom Farmer. He will tell you that the mushrooms taste great on that little island but he bets they taste even better on the next island. He wishes you to seek the Ancient Wizard to access the next portal.
- Part 3: Head back to the Ancient Wizard and speak with him. He will tell you that he knows the portal which the Mushroom Farmer speaks of and has concocted a potion that will allow you to access it. However he needs you to gather 5 Decaying Caps from Undead Fungoids in order to finish the potions. Undead Fungoids are located North of the portal you took to the Mushroom Farmer and only the Undead Fungoids count, not the Wizards. You will receive a quest update (starting with 1 and ending with 6) each time you find a decaying cap. When you are finished return to the Ancient Wizard for your reward. Receive 165k Experience.
- Part 4: Death to Deathcap! Next the Ancient Wizard would like you to kill Deathcap, the fungoid boss. He says that his presence is what is causing the evil inside of Mushroom Land, he also wishes you to collect the foul smelling spore for his next experiment... Head back to where you found the Mushroom Farmer and enter the portal you now have access to. Deathcap will be located on the center island, he has a 20 hour spawn so if he is not there just keep checking back. Once you have killed him return to the Ancient Wizard for your reward. Starts Power Hour.
