The reward for this quest is pretty cool. It has the ability to turn silver ingots into gold ingots. Swamp slug spawns aren't that great and you don't get a slime for every kill, so don't expect to finish quickly.
NOTE: The chance of looting a slime is 1 in 10
- Part 1: Travel to Gulley and speak with Rineguile. He is the blue dressed Mage in the North part of town. He needs you to collect swamp slime (ew) and he'll give you a reward.
- Part 2: Kill Swamp Slugs until you collect 50 slimes (might take a while). A good place to hunt is the lake right above you. Alternatively you can hunt in the swamps West of Krog. When you are finished return to Rineguile for your reward. Receive Alchemists Stone.
Note: When you kill them there is no quest update unless you find a swamp slime but I assure you the quest is working.
